This is an Agilent Keysight 53150A Microwave Frequency Counter. The Agilent 53150A is a full-featured 20 GHz CW microwave frequency counter and power meter. It offers high performance with an ultra-wideband input that covers the RF and microwave spectrum from 50 MHz to 20 GHz. Plus a high stability 10 MHz reference on a separate channel.

Our one remaining unit only works on one channel and for that reason the price is much lower than normal
